Shipping & Returns

Delivery Policy

We offer delivery to select areas. Deliveries will be made within a designated time frame and will be subject to a delivery fee. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the designated time. If no one is available to receive the delivery, the order will be returned to our market and subject to a restocking fee. If you need to reschedule a delivery, please contact our Customer Care team at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a restocking fee. We are not responsible for lost or stolen deliveries after they have been delivered to the designated address.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Toko Garuda Oriental Market, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases, whether they shop in-person at our market or online through our website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and exchange policy for our online shopping customers.

 

  1. Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 24 hours of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was received. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team and provide your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service for your protection. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect it and issue a refund in the original form of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  2. Exchanges: If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. To initiate an exchange, please contact our Customer Care team and provide your order number and the reason for the exchange. Once your exchange is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us or bring the item back to Toko Gardua Oriental Market.

Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges for perishable items. Additionally, any items that are not in their original packaging or are damaged due to customer misuse may not be eligible for a return or exchange.
